In a previous life, I was a computer network controller—you’d have called someone like me when your broadband packed up. I worked at Scotland Yard, enjoyed my time there, and retired. As often happens, I got a bit bored, delved into life coaching, and then transitioned into business leadership coaching. I have a passion for discussing business, the psychology of leadership, and how an ordinary senior manager can rise to the top position.
I love motivating people and am committed to my clients’ success, helping them excel at work and achieve a balanced work-life experience. My goal is to help leaders become more emotionally intelligent, empathetic, and recognized by their teams. I also focus on transforming managers into dominant figures who stand out with their presence and communication skills.
Being a dominant person is different from being dominating. While many managers mistakenly think that dominating others shows toughness, it often turns subordinates away. Instead, I teach techniques like tone modulation, body positioning, and commanding presence to set you apart. This includes how to use body language and speech to project confidence and leadership, as seen with figures like Steve Jobs or James Bond.
I can help you master these techniques, positioning you as a future leader. As mentioned on the homepage, time is of the essence. Email me to schedule a 45-minute call to see if we’re a good fit.
Time is ticking. The sooner you email, the sooner we can begin your journey.
